How does the process work?
Contact us to schedule a Strategy Session when and where you need us. Our office will confirm the appointment and provide and schedule a preliminary conference call with our Partners for a casual discussion of your needs. A few weeks prior to our appointment we will ask you to send us any relevant materials that will familiarize us to your situation. We will conduct additional research to bring ourselves up to speed on your company's product and how it is currently perceived in the marketplace. The actual Strategy Session is a full day (or more) of brainstorming, problem solving, strategizing, and whatever else is needed. Upon completion of the Strategy Session we will send you a follow up report detailing the information we discussed and the plan we helped you develop.
What does a Strategy Session cost?
Strategy Sessions are modestly priced at $4,000 (plus travel and hotel for two CMA Partners). This includes the hours spent reviewing the materials you send us, our preliminary research, travel time to and from your location, the full day conducting the Strategy Session and the follow up report.
